I took my truck to Conklin because the transmission was out. The guys in the service shop we’re honest thorough and kept me in the loop. They got me a new transmission as fast as I could and had it installed in my truck within days. I would suggest Conklin cars in Newton to anybody for service. Service on my vehicle began at the time of my appointment. Tires were also checked for need of rotation; it wasn't needed so they didn't do it. Always appreciate the car wash!!

Conklin was very helpful with my oil pressure issue on 2009 Chevy. They made sure to keep in touch with me, made corrections as needed and treated me very fair through all of the work being done. We have been bring our vehicles to Conklin for probably the last 10 years because of how we are treated and how pleased we have been with the service.

I take my car in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Received a free car wash which was nice. The only complaint is that I had to wait too long. Being I had an appointment, I think this could have been quicker.
Very good to work with. Took a little longer than expected. The waiting area was comfortable. Mechanic was really apologetic that it took so long.

The staff at Conklin dealership in Newton Kansas is very serious about quality of service. The management makes sure that you’re fully satisfied when you drive away. That’s a good feeling.
Took car in for door window fix and clicking noise .... the window got fixed but the clicking noise is still present. Told service person and they said he misunderstood. I Clearly stated what needed to be fixed when I dropped the car off. So do I reschedule or take it elsewhere .... undecided and not happy.

The service department did an excellent job. They kept me advised of the progress of the work, provided me with a loaner car and returned the car clean. The lady salesperson I spoke with was also quite helpful. She listened to my request regarding a new Toyota that is coming out later this year and was helpful without being pushy.

Really nice experience buying a new Chevy Silverado from this dealership. Found one on line and they brought it down from their Salina lot to Newton to look at when I wanted.
