Fair pricing on vehicle purchased. Decent rate compared to credit score. Vehicle needed to be sent back for cleaning, but returned clean. Did not fix an issue with a fan in the driver side cooled seat despite my pointing it out and requesting it be fixed. Brett Bowman and the other finance guy were both wonderful to work with. Overall positive experience.
Service was great because I can drop off on the way to work. There were a lot of questions with the tire situation and maybe I should have just called instead of tx Nick. But work all was happening at the same time. No answer to question from 12 till 430 when I asked for an update and options.
They made the process of buying a new truck as painless as they could have. I will definitely be back to buy future vehicles from them.

Conklin Service in Newton has always treated me well. I have found them to be honest—never trying to sell me something I do not need. The reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is the limited hours they are open for service. No appointments are accepted after 2:40 and they are closed on Saturdays. This creates difficulty for me to get my car in for service because mine is a traditional 5-days-per-week job. They’re able to get to you in a timely fashion, and they give you suggestions of what you can do to better your vehicle. The only problem was they forgot to close the hood after checking the oil.
